Prices of all items available in our store include 23% VAT.

In Polish tax law there is a possibility of sending goods without vat ONLY to economic entities (companies). Private customers may receive tax refund if they bought the goods in Poland and take them outside the country themselves, declare the goods to the customs and pay the duty.




Domestic clients may pay by bank transfer (in advance) or by cash upon personal collection of the order. International buyers pay per Paypal. C.O.D mailing is not available.


All unpaid orders older than 14 days are cancelled.



A 6% surcharge is applied to all Paypal transactions



Dispatch & Availability


All orders marked with delivery time "48h" are dispatched the second working day after we receive the payment. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Polish national holidays. Items marked with availability "on request" are dispatched according to predefined order completion time.




Orders are delivered by Post (registered mail).

Personal Collection


Personal collection of the order is possible in company's headquaters in Łódź, Poland only after making an appointment by E-mail.


Return / Exchange


We accept returns sent back within 14 days from receipt of the order. Please send the unwanted goods to the address given here. Returned items must be new, unworn, undamaged, without any smells and with all labels intact. All the documents that were originally attached to the order must also be returned (especially the tax receipt).


To make an exchange you should also place a new order per online shop for the goods that you want to receive in exchange. The value of the exchange order may be higher or lower than the value of returned goods. In the first case you should pay the missing amount. In the second case we will refund the excess payment.

Please send the goods in the same packaging as was originally used. (Caution! Please do not send padded bras in envelopes, because they can get seriously damaged!)


All returning / exchanging cases are solved within 14 days from the date we receive the goods back.


In case of an exchange the second delivery costs are on the customer.


* Please remember to send the return parcels by registered mail and to ask for postage confirmation as we regret we are unable to refund / exchange the goods that are lost in transport!





All defective items can be sent back to the address given here. Please send them with the complaint form and purchase tax receipt.




CAUTION: We do not accept any parcels sent to us by C.O.D. mailing!






Money for the returned / claimed goods is refunded by bank transfer or per Paypal (Paypal only for international customers). We do not send money by postal transfer.


Regulation Changes


The owner of the online shop has the right to make changes in the above regulations. Any changes will always be announced in the News section of our homepage.

Special orders

If you need a size not listed on the drop-down menu, please, contact us as we can probably sew it for you.
Note, however, that such orders can't be returned or exchanged.
It is sometimes possible to modify a bra, e.g. change the straps or add removable pads. Such items are also not subject to exchange or return.
The price of a modified bra is set individually and set via e-mail. 


Once you place the order your bra will be handcrafted especially for you !!!
