Withdrawal from the contract

1. The right to withdraw does not apply if the subject of the service "is an item
non-prefabricated, manufactured to the consumer's specifications or used
meeting his individual needs” (in accordance with Article 38 point 3 of the Act on
consumer rights).
2. Subject to point 1, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract
in accordance with the attached Instruction:

Information on withdrawal from the contract
Right to withdraw from the contract - you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 30 days from the date on which you took possession goods or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession things.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the sample withdrawal form, however, this is not mandatory.
In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding exercising your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal expires from the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
If you withdraw from this contract, we will return to you all received from you payments, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the selected by you, a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about Your decision to exercise your right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment at using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless that you have expressly agreed to an alternative; in any case you will not be liable no fees for this return.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until they are delivered to us proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.

immediately, and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us about withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the item before the deadline period of 14 days.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the items.
You are only responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.
Explanation: 'In order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer must handle and inspect the goods only in the same way as he would in a store. On example: the consumer should only try on clothes but should not be able to wear them.
