Shipping, returns, sizes, modifications, order handling and other questions — all in one place.

Shipping

Yes, we do. Please use our website for customers from outside of the EU: www.ewa-michalak.eu.

Of course! All EU countries are within our reach!

In exceptional cases — yes. Email us at sklep@ewa-michalak.pl and we’ll check what can be done in your case.

No, returns addressed to parcel lockers will not be collected.

No, we don’t offer that option.

No, such parcels will be returned to the sender.

Returns & Exchanges

It means we don’t manufacture for stock — we make products with you in mind. This does not affect returns and exchanges. This is not the same as a “special order”, which is non‑returnable and not eligible for exchange.

Absolutely — up to 30 days! Email us at sklep@ewa-michalak.pl and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

We refund via the same method as the original payment. Alternatively, we can transfer the amount to a new order if you place one.

When possible: we replace hooks & eyes, broken underwires, etc. If a bra is mechanically damaged (e.g., by a washing machine), we unfortunately won’t be able to help. If you’re unsure whether we can fix it — email us at sklep@ewa-michalak.pl and we’ll advise whether your lingerie can be saved.

Sizes & Styles

These are my original bra constructions — each has its own characteristics, and each is different. Here is a link to descriptions of all cuts.

An underwire is a wire under the cup that helps support the breast and maintain shape.

I don’t carry such products.

Yes — I created a proprietary sizing system based on real measurements, which can differ from other brands. If you’re unsure, email sklep@ewa-michalak.pl and we’ll help you choose your size.

Sizes in my brand are not a 1:1 conversion — to be sure, check your measurements in the size calculator.

This is my own sizing system and it does not directly match any other. To determine your size in my brand, please use the size calculator.

The best starting point is the size calculator; because you may have a different size in another brand, if you have doubts — email us at sklep@ewa-michalak.pl and we’ll advise what size to start with.

It depends on the individual (size, tissue consistency, breast shape) and which cut you’re moving from/to.

Construction — FB tops are available in much larger sizes.

Modifications & Special Orders

A non‑returnable, non‑exchangeable order that requires an additional fee. Most often these are products in special sizes, but modifications (e.g., removing an element or changing the closure) also occur.

By email at sklep@ewa-michalak.pl. Describe what you need (e.g., a special size or a product modification) and we’ll let you know what’s feasible. Note that such orders are non‑returnable, not eligible for exchange, and involve additional costs.

Not everything is possible, but email us at sklep@ewa-michalak.pl and we’ll try to figure something out.

It depends — email us at sklep@ewa-michalak.pl and we’ll determine whether such a modification is possible. Please note we’re limited by the available colors of nursing bra closures.

Because these are the last pieces of this model and we likely cannot make more due to a lack of materials.

Due to the unique laces we use, our products never come in colors other than those shown on the site. You can choose a different color within a given cut, but it won’t be exactly the same product.

Order Handling

Unprocessed — the order has been placed and is awaiting store handling.

In progress — the order is paid and will now go to production (cutting → sewing → finishing & quality control → warehouse).

Packing — the order is in the warehouse, waiting for a label.

Ready to ship — waiting for the courier.

Shipped — the order is on its way to you!

Additional statuses:

Awaiting payment — payment was not completed and must be retried.

On hold — the order requires consultation.

Customer cancelled — no payment or cancelled at the customer’s request.
